Description
The Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services is seeking a sole source provider for the community-based provider certification administration system software support and maintenance. The selected provider will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the system. The scope of work includes certification administration, software support, and maintenance.
• The provider must have experience in supporting and maintaining similar systems.
• The provider must have a strong understanding of the community-based provider certification process.
• The provider must be able to provide timely and effective support and maintenance services.
