Electronic Citation Management, Processing, Payment, and Collection Services

The Cosumnes Community Services District (CCSD) seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive electronic citation management system—including issuance, processing, payment, reporting, and collection functionalities—for its fire, parks, and municipal enforcement operations. The solution must be ADA‑compliant, integrate with the District’s ERP (Workday), support mobile devices, offline operation, GPS, and robust security (MFA, SSO, encryption).
