Amplifiers for Restoration of the Bruker 9.4 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Scanner

The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) is seeking to award a contract to Bruker BioSpin Corporation for the restoration of a 9.4 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanner. The scanner, which is dedicated to addiction research, requires a new gradient amplifier system compatible with the existing system. The contractor will provide the necessary hardware and software upgrades to restore the scanner to operational status. The project requires the contractor to complete the work within 30 days of contract award. • The contractor must provide a qualified service engineer to perform the repairs. • The contractor must provide documentation to show completion of the restoration of the gradient system. • The service may only be completed by an authorized service provider for the Bruker BioSpin Tesla 9.4 MRI Scanner equipment.
