Description
The North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services is seeking bids for exhibit set up services for the Global Produce and Floral Show. The show will take place in Orlando, FL from October 14-16, 2026. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary parts, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies to deliver, install, and set up the pavilions. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional years.
Key aspects of the job include:
* Providing exhibit set up services for one 20x60 pavilion and one 20x20 pavilion
* Delivering, installing, and setting up the pavilions at the Orange County Convention Center
* Providing all necessary parts, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies
* Meeting the specifications and requirements outlined in the IFB
* Providing proof of at least five years of experience in similar projects
* Providing a booth CAD drawing
* Completing and signing all required attachments and forms
