RFP for Construction Management Services

The Coastal Empire Montessori Community Organization (CEMCO) is seeking a Construction Management (CM) firm to manage the comprehensive renovation and phased redevelopment of their existing campus. The project has a hard cost budget of $3.1 million and requires the CM to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the cost of construction. The CM will be responsible for delivering the project efficiently, economically, and on time.
