The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide NFPA‑10 certified technicians to perform hydro‑testing and six‑year inspections of fire extinguishers at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. The work includes testing 36 ten‑pound ABC extinguishers, six‑year testing of 32 ten‑pound ABC units, and hydro‑testing of 3 twenty‑pound ABC units, installing inspection tags, and documenting results in the VA’s Building Reports system. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price with a base performance period from mid‑September to the end of October 2026.
