Description
This solicitation issues a single‑award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for comprehensive vehicle removal and towing services on Andersen Air Force Base and Naval Base Guam. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside (including WOSB, HUBZone, EDWOSB, SDVOSB) with a total ceiling of $1,500,000 and a minimum order of $2,500. Work includes:
• Removal and disposal of abandoned privately owned vehicles (POVs) and associated parts.
• Removal and transport of government‑owned vehicles (GOVs) and equipment to the Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services at Naval Base Guam.
• All labor, equipment, fuel, insurance, and disposal fees are to be covered under firm‑fixed‑price rates.
• Ordering will be on a task‑order basis, each order not to exceed six months beyond the five‑year ordering period (maximum contract life 5 years 6 months).
• Quotes are due by 1:00 PM ChST on 22 Sep 2026; questions must be submitted by 17 Sep 2026 10:00 AM ChST.
• Contract ceiling $1.5 M, individual task orders $2,500–$200,000.
