Bulk Propane Gas

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking bidders to provide Bulk Propane Gas for locations throughout the State of Iowa. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years, with the option to extend for up to 3 additional years. Bidders must be authorized providers of Bulk Propane Gas and have an adequate supply to provide delivery within 48 hours of request. They must also agree to have all spills that occur during delivery be their responsibility. • The contract will be available to all State Agencies and Political Subdivisions. • The State may award contracts to multiple vendors. • DAS reserves the right to add line items to resulting Master Agreements related to the sale, delivery, and storage of propane gas. • Contracts will be available to all State Agencies and Political Subdivisions. • The State may exercise up to three (3) additional one-year renewal options under the same or more favorable terms.
