Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure Omnicell cabinets and accessories for the Primary Care Clinic at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for building, configuring, and delivering the Omnicell cabinet, as well as providing maintenance and technical support. The contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order, and the solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12.
• The contractor must provide a brand name only, as specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must comply with all VA information security requirements, including initial and annual security awareness training, background checks, and using equipment that meets VA security standards.
• The contractor must maintain an "Errors and Omissions" liability insurance policy and a commercial general liability policy.
• The contractor must provide a system that maintains a minimum of 99% up time performance rate.
