Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the George Washington Carver Complex, which includes the George Washington Carver State Office Building, the Petroleum/Octane Laboratory, and the Missouri Boulevard Warehouse. The contractor will be responsible for providing daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual cleaning tasks, as well as performing any necessary repairs or maintenance. The contractor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 47,294 square feet. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew.
