Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide hotel rooms in support of the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base Defenders of Freedom Air and Space Show. The contractor will be required to provide a total of 73 non-smoking hotel rooms, with varying check-in and check-out dates. The rooms will be used to accommodate air show performers and statics. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel rooms meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor will be required to provide a plan describing how they will meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The plan shall describe how the offeror will conform to the requirements outlined within the Statement of Work.
• The plan shall also include all specifications of parts and equipment necessary for completion of the project.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their total evaluated price and their technical quote.
• The technical quote will be evaluated as technically acceptable or not technically acceptable based on the information submitted in comparison to the requirements of the Statement of Work.
