6520--Dental Lab Services For SAVAHS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential sources capable of supplying dental laboratory services, including complete dentures, custom impression trays, and bite rims, to meet the needs of eligible veteran beneficiaries at the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform dental laboratory services. The contractor must provide customized shade matching at their site of business and interact with patients one on one to provide local custom shade matching. The contractor will also be responsible for providing daily transportation for pickup and delivery of dental prosthetic cases and providing all necessary dental lab supplies to construct prosthesis. Some key objectives of this project include: • Provide daily transportation for pickup and delivery of dental prosthetic cases • Provide all necessary dental lab supplies to construct prosthesis • Construct prosthesis according to provider’s prescription • Provide timely and accurate completion of dental lab cases • Consult with the dental provider as needed • Troubleshoot quality concerns with face-to-face meetings with providers
