UNIFORMS AND ACCESSORIES

The County of Greenville is seeking sealed proposals from vendors to provide uniforms and accessories for the Greenville County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Department. The successful vendor will be required to measure and fit all uniforms as necessary, provide a full range of sizing options, and ensure consistency in uniform color, fabric, insignia, and/or reflective markings across all garments supplied. The vendor will also be responsible for delivering all ordered uniforms and accessories at least twice per month. The proposal should include a detailed pricing proposal, product lead times, and a written return and replacement policy. • The vendor shall offer uniforms and garments suitable for emergency medical services and emergency response environments. • The vendor shall designate a primary account representative responsible for coordinating and managing communications between Greenville County EMS and the vendor. • The vendor shall provide or make available all required uniform patches, including but not limited to agency patches, county patches, state certification patches, and approved emblems. • The vendor shall provide a full range of sizing options, including standard, extended, and specialty sizes, and shall provide alterations as necessary to ensure proper fit and comfort for personnel. • The vendor shall measure personnel for uniform fittings when deemed necessary and shall coordinate fitting dates and times with EMS personnel. • The vendor shall conduct on-site measuring and fitting sessions at least once per month for Assessment Center candidates, including field personnel and MEDCOM (Communications) personnel.
