Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a comprehensive “Industry & Workforce Support Services” model across its six‑county border region. The scope integrates strategic industry engagement, field‑based employer outreach, employer operations support, and coordination of the regional workforce system. The effort will be piloted, with performance metrics, reporting, and the potential for future expansion.
• Strategic Industry Support – Identify target industries, develop partnerships, and align workforce training with employer demand.
• Field Industry Outreach – Conduct on‑site employer visits, outreach events, and relationship‑building across 25 highway districts.
• Employer Operations Support – Assist employers with hiring processes, onboarding, and workforce‑related administrative tasks.
