Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for interior and exterior doors installation and repairs at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers IFBs for HHS. The scope of work includes the installation and repair of interior and exterior doors. Bidders must demonstrate their financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB.
* Installation and repair of interior and exterior doors
* Provision of all necessary materials and labor
* Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
* Submission of a completed and signed Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations
* Submission of a completed Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet
* Submission of any other information deemed pertinent to demonstrate the Bidder's financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB
