Description
The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking a qualified contractor to develop, host, and support a comprehensive online curriculum for its Virtual School. The solution must align with Tennessee State Standards and MNPS’s Scope & Sequence, cover high‑need subjects (Math, Science, Exceptional Education, ELL, Spanish & French), provide on‑demand content, and include teacher support, enrollment workflows, and robust reporting. The contract will be multi‑year, require extensive security and insurance compliance, and will be evaluated on price, technical approach, experience, past performance, and questionnaire responses.
• Develop and deliver K‑12 online courses (grades 6‑12) in listed subject areas, fully aligned to state standards.
• Provide on‑demand delivery platform, student registration workflows, progress‑monitoring tools, and teacher support services.
• Submit detailed enrollment and performance data, comply with ADA, FERPA, and other privacy regulations, and maintain required insurance coverages (general liability, cyber/privacy, etc.).
• Respond to a mandatory technology questionnaire and a data‑sharing agreement as part of the proposal package.
• Offer a cost‑effective, tax‑exclusive pricing model with a 120‑day offer validity.
