The work includes extensive earthwork, curb and gutter installation, concrete flat‑work (sidewalks and trail pads), storm‑drain pipe placement, asphalt resurfacing and striping, signal upgrades, and a pedestrian bridge, plus associated landscaping and trim. The project demands full compliance with wetland and tree‑protection plans, use of specified composite decking (WEARDECK Cool Grey) for the trail, and high‑quality exterior‑screw connections for timber work.
