Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the state-leased building located at 233 Marshall Rd, Platte City, MO. The services include evening janitorial services, five days a week, excluding state holidays. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services. The contract period is for one year, with the option to renew. The vendor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 7,783 square feet. Some key tasks include:
* Emptying trash and recyclables
* Cleaning glass surfaces, floors, and restrooms
* Restocking restroom dispensers
* Cleaning kitchens and break rooms
* Removing cobwebs and dust
* Securing doors as requested by the state agency
