A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION FOR C-TRACK SOFTWARE LICENSE UPDATES

The United States Department of War (DoW) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to West Publishing Corporation (dba Thomson Reuters) for C-Track software license updates. The C-Track system is a proprietary, Thomson Reuters-owned system that has been uniquely tailored to meet specific government requirements for data delivery, storage, and management. The anticipated period of performance will be for one 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the notice of intent via email. The key services required include software license updates and support for the C-Track court case management system. • The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis due to the proprietary nature of the C-Track system. • The period of performance will include a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. • The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210 (Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services). • Interested parties must respond to the notice of intent via email with a file size less than 5MB. • The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award.
