Description
The Marine Forces Reserve is seeking a contractor to provide warranty and maintenance services for five Government-owned Spectrum Guard Pro Systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive warranty and maintenance services, including hardware repair and replacement, software and firmware updates, and technical support. The period of performance will be for one base year of 12 months and one 12-month option year. The contractor will be required to adhere to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for resolving hardware defects and software issues reported by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or designated user.
• The contractor will provide an initial response for Level 1, 2, and 3 issues within the specified timeframes.
• The contractor will resolve issues and complete RMA turnarounds within the timelines specified in the SLA table.
• The contractor will provide all bug fixes, security patches, minor version updates, and major version upgrades as they become commercially available.
• The contractor will issue an RMA number within one business day for validated Level 1 or 2 hardware failures.
• The contractor will cover all shipping costs for warranty repairs.
• The contractor will submit a Monthly Warranty and Maintenance Report that is accurate, complete, and contains all required information.
