The City of Virginia Beach is seeking a contractor to perform structural and waterproofing repairs on five of its municipal parking garages, including associated ancillary work such as traffic marking repainting, temporary shoring, and traffic control. This contract covers comprehensive repair, protective, and safety measures to ensure continued operation of the garages. • Scope includes five named garages (Green – Armada Hoffler, Red – Westin, Blue – Cosmopolitan, Orange – Clark Nexsen, Maroon). • Required work: structural repairs, waterproofing, repainting traffic markings, temporary shoring, traffic control, and protection of persons/property. • Contractor must manage all incidental tasks and provide necessary equipment and safety measures throughout the repair period.
