Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command‑Aberdeen Proving Ground is seeking a small‑business‑only vendor to provide up to 500 Atlassian Jira Software Premium licenses and associated professional services (implementation, training, and ongoing support) for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). Licenses will be hosted in the FedRAMP‑moderate Government Cloud and must be provisioned by 26 Sep 2026. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, base‑year plus four one‑year options (total ≤ 5 years 6 months) and will be awarded to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer.
• 500 total premium licenses (140 PMO, 300 ARTS, 60 HR) to be delivered in the Government Cloud.
• Required professional services: setup, configuration, migration, training, and monthly support for the base year and each option year.
