Description
The State of North Dakota’s Bank of North Dakota is seeking a strategic Microsoft Solutions Partner to provide end‑to‑end services for its Dynamics 365 environment and related Microsoft 365 and Power Platform assets. The contractor will act as an advisory and implementation partner, delivering roadmap development, customization, integration, AI‑enabled enhancements, cloud‑based hosting, ongoing support, training, and managed services across a two‑year base term with multiple optional extensions. The work will be performed remotely in the Government Community Cloud, with the State supplying development, test, and production environments, AD/VPN access, and project sponsorship.
• Strategic advisory, road‑mapping, and governance for Dynamics 365 (Finance, CRM, etc.)
• Customization, integration, and AI (Copilot, generative) deployment across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related tools
• Full‑lifecycle services: implementation, configuration, testing, training, and managed support
• Compliance with North Dakota IT architecture standards, NIST RMF, and data‑residency requirements (U.S. only)
• Deliverables include documentation, knowledge‑transfer, periodic status reports, and warranty/technical‑support options.
