Enterprise Centralized Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Program

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking information from vendors capable of providing centralized uninterruptible power supply (UPS) maintenance and replacement services for at least 56 sites across the United States and its territories. The ideal vendor will be able to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance and repairs by qualified technicians, proactive parts replacement, and capabilities to maximize uptime and system lifetime. The FBI is looking for vendors that can provide flexible models, including a mix of third-party services and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support. • The services should ensure uninterrupted power to critical IT infrastructure and mission systems. • The vendor should be able to provide support for a diverse range of UPS manufacturers and equipment configurations. • The FBI is interested in exploring cost-effective solutions that balance system reliability and mission assurance. • The vendor should be able to perform maintenance and repairs outside of normal business hours to minimize network interruptions.
