Description
The Montebello Unified School District is seeking a contractor to perform lead-based paint stabilization at Rosewood Park School. The project involves precleaning and Hepa vacuuming the perimeter of a handball wall, abating all panels to the frame, and stabilizing edge trim if it contains paint. The contractor must apply two coats of Lead-Based Paint (LBC) and submit a proposal along with a completed questionnaire form (Packet A). The district has the right to reject bids from contractors who are not pre-qualified.
• The contractor must possess a valid California Contractor's license for the project.
• The contractor must have liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance policies.
• The contractor must be pre-qualified with the Montebello Unified School District.
• The contractor must submit a completed questionnaire form (Packet A) along with their proposal.
