FY27 Rental, Refill, and Delivery of CO2

The Operations & Regulatory Management Division of Collier County is seeking quotes from vendors for the rental, refill, and delivery of CO2 tanks. The scope of work includes the monthly rental of 9 750 cu. ft CO2 tanks and 5 125 cu. ft portable CO2 tanks, as well as the refill and delivery of CO2 for these tanks. The vendor will be responsible for installing, delivering, maintaining, and refilling the rented CO2 tanks, as well as delivering and refilling CO2 for the county-owned tanks. The primary objectives of this quick quote are to provide a consistent and reliable supply of CO2 tanks, ensure the safety and compliance of all CO2 tanks and related equipment, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide an all-inclusive price per pound for each refill, delivery, and maintenance of the rental tanks. Key responsibilities of the service provider include: • Providing CO2 tanks on a monthly rental basis • Delivering the rented CO2 tanks to designated locations • Ensuring that all tanks are properly inspected, certified, and compliant with safety standards before delivery • Regularly inspecting and maintaining the CO2 tanks to ensure they are in safe and working condition • Providing timely CO2 refills as per the agreed schedule or on-demand requests • Maintaining records of tank maintenance, inspection, and refilling activities • Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines for the handling, storage, and transportation of CO2 • Ensuring that all tanks are equipped with appropriate safety devices and labels • Maintaining open communication with the Parks and Recreation Division and responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and issues • Offering technical support and expertise related to CO2 tanks and their applications • Providing reports at the time of delivery to the Parks and Recreation Division detailing the status of CO2 tanks, usage, refills, and maintenance activities
