RFQ 2025-07 for Investment Advisor Services

The City of Glenn Heights is seeking a qualified investment advisor to provide non-discretionary portfolio management services for the City's approximately $40,000,000 investment portfolio. The selected advisor will be responsible for providing investment advice, executing securities purchases/sales, and assisting with cash flow modeling and market analysis. The initial contract period will be from February 4, 2026, to February 3, 2028, with the option to renew for three one-year periods.
