CCL-PUB-8 MILEAP CHILD CARE CENTER LICENSING RULE BOOK

The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for the CCL-PUB-8 MILEAP CHILD CARE CENTER LICENSING RULE BOOK. The vendor will be responsible for printing and delivering the rule book to the State. The vendor's experience with similar projects, turnaround time, and pricing will be evaluated as part of the selection process. The contract will include terms and conditions such as payment, warranties, and termination. * The vendor must provide an itemized statement of all charges with their invoice. * The State will pay all undisputed amounts within 45 calendar days of receipt of the invoice or final acceptance of the deliverables. * The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. * The vendor must also comply with all applicable State physical and IT security policies and standards. * The contract may be terminated by the State for cause or convenience, with or without penalty. * The vendor must defend, indemnify, and hold the State harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, attorney fees, and expenses arising out of or relating to the contract.
