Description
The State of Nevada is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide routine maintenance, service, and repair of elevator equipment located at 500 E Third St., Carson City, NV 89713. The contract term is expected to be four years. Vendors must comply with applicable state regulations, including NRS 455C.500 and associated codes. The evaluation criteria include demonstrated competence, experience, conformance with the terms of the RFP, expertise and availability of key personnel, and cost factor.
• The State intends to award one contract in conjunction with this RFP.

• The State reserves the right to modify the proposed timeline for this project.
• Vendors who cannot agree to the contract terms must include a redlined Word version of the attached standard form contract with their response.
• The State strongly prefers vendors to agree to the terms of the attached insurance schedule as is.
