Description
The VA is conducting a market‑research Request for Information (RFI) to gather data on enterprise‑grade product solutions that could replace or augment its current Microsoft‑centric environment for roughly 540,000 users. Vendors may respond to any of the fifteen capability areas, ranging from productivity suites and identity & access management to low‑code development platforms, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise support services. Responses must include detailed bill‑of‑materials pricing, compliance information, implementation plans, and other operational details, limited to ten pages per capability area.
• Scope covers productivity & collaboration, IAM, UEM, EDR, XDR, data governance, CRM, ERP, low‑code/no‑code platforms, DevOps, project management, diagramming, technical support, professional services, and cloud IaaS/PaaS.
• All solutions must operate at VA scale (≥ 540 k users), be US‑only cloud‑hosted, and meet NIST SP 800‑53 Rev 5, VA Directive 6500, and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Responses are due by 12 PM EST on 16 Oct 2026, emailed to the primary contacts; the VA will not pay for the information provided.
