Description
The Offices of the Insurance Commissioner is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase to replace existing audio/visual equipment in conference rooms on Floors 8 and 9, and add video conferencing hardware on Floor 7. The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed in the solicitation, including compatibility with various meeting software, recording capability, and cameras with Pan/Tilt/Zoom. The vendor shall deliver the contract items within 14 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. Key requirements include:
• Compatibility with Zoom, Meet, WebEx, Teams, and support for others
• Recording capability through meeting software
• Cameras must be 1080p or better and include Pan/Tilt/Zoom
• Turnkey ready system with no monthly or yearly usage fees
• Any and all wiring must be hidden in ceilings, walls
• Conference room cameras must include full view of the conference participants
• Wood grain media cart with specific dimensions
• LiteTouch Envision DC24 Document Camera or equivalent
• Hardware connections to computer systems must be standardized
• Conference room mics/speakers may be ceiling or wall mounted
• Hardware solution must be simple to use and not require special training for general operation
