HVAC Renovations at Willow Point Rehabilitation & Nursing Center - GC - Rebid

The County of Broome is seeking bids for the HVAC renovations at the Willow Point Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. The project includes general construction work to support HVAC renovations in the south wing of the nursing home. Bidders must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope with the required deposit and documents. The successful contractor will be required to execute the contract and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The project has a total MWBE participation goal of 8.5%. • The project requires a deposit of 5% of the bid amount. • The minimum wage rates shall be as determined by the New York State Department of Labor. • The project has a contract term of 210 days from the notice to proceed. • The Broome County Board of Acquisition and Contracts reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
