Traffic Control Services and Rentals

The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide traffic control services and equipment rentals on an as-needed basis. The services may include directing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, providing traffic control equipment, and ensuring public safety. The contract will expire on December 31, 2031. Proposers must submit their proposals electronically by October 28, 2025, at 4:00 pm. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive non-substantial irregularities in any proposal. • The scope of work includes traffic control services and equipment rentals for various locations throughout the City of Thousand Oaks. • Proposers must provide proof of qualifications and experience related to the area of proposed services. • The City will evaluate proposals based on factors such as project understanding and approach, quality and clarity of the proposal, and reasonableness of cost and compensation. • The contract will be awarded to the proposer that offers the best overall value to the City.
