GSA Fleet Lease Vehicle Auction & Marshalling Services Richland, WA

The General Services Administration is seeking a contractor to provide auction and marshalling services in support of the Fleet Program Office in Richland, WA. The contractor will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, preparing, and assigning or terminating government-owned or leased vehicles. The contract will be for a 12-month base period with three 12-month option periods. The contractor must be the owner or legal lessee of the facility at the time of the solicitation. The government intends to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in the required location. • The BPA will be effective for a 12-month base period with three 12-month option periods. • The annual estimate for the number of vehicles to be marshalled is 2,395. • The specific work requirements are detailed within the attached Statement of Work (SOW). • The government will evaluate proposals based on technical capability and price. • Preference will be given to vendors also offering auction services.
