Description
The United States Mission in South Sudan is seeking proposals from reputable vendors to provide vehicle maintenance and repair services for its vehicles in Juba, South Sudan. The successful vendor will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, repairs, emergency services, and parts supplies on an as-needed basis. The vendor must have the capacity to carry out maintenance services, repairs, and emergency field services such as towing vehicles in the event of vehicular breakdowns and supply any required vehicle parts within the required timeline. The mission will award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to multiple vendors.
Some key services that will be required include:
• Routine vehicle maintenance services
• Repairs
• Body works
• AC maintenance
• Emergency field services such as towing in the event of a vehicle breakdown
• Supply of genuine spare parts
• Auto electrics and autotronics (automotive mechatronics)
• Tracking vehicle maintenance history and providing required reports
