The City of Ames Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified vendor to supply ready‑to‑eat, 14‑inch pizzas (cheese, single‑topping, and multi‑topping) to multiple municipal facilities on an as‑needed basis for the contract period Dec 1 2026 – Nov 30 2027. The vendor must be located within Ames, hold a current Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals license, and have passed sanitation inspections for the past three years. Proposals must include itemized pricing (delivery, labor, mileage), pizza specifications, ordering and invoicing processes, and three references. A blind taste‑test will be conducted during the week of Nov 8 2026; selected vendors must provide sample pizzas at no cost.
