PTAG 6.1.1 - Speech Writing Services

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to negotiate and award a Purchase Order for Speech Writing Services. The selected contractor will provide strategic writing and editing work related to USPTO correspondence, documents, and other written material, which may cover complex or controversial subject matters. The contractor must have experience writing at the executive level and have expert knowledge in both patent and intellectual property (IP) domains. The contract is expected to last for up to six months. • The contractor will be responsible for writing and editing speeches for the Under Secretary and Director of the USPTO. • The contractor must have professional speechwriting capability and deep, working knowledge of patent law and intellectual property systems. • The contractor will be required to develop, edit, proofread, and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. • The contract will be awarded to Mr. Richard McCormack, who is the only known qualified source for this requirement.
