RFP for On-board Bus Customer Satisfaction Survey for CTtransit Divisions

The State of Connecticut Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for a contractor to develop, execute, administer, and analyze an on-board survey of all fixed bus routes in the CTtransit system. The contractor should have a proven track record of excellent work on survey design and administration, market research, analysis, and planning services. The scope of work includes survey development, execution, administration, and analysis. The key responsibilities of the contractor will include: • Developing a survey design and methodology • Executing the survey on all fixed bus routes in the CTtransit system • Administering the survey and collecting data • Analyzing the data and providing recommendations • Providing a final report on the survey results and recommendations.
