Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking professional appraisers to provide on-call real estate appraisal services on an as-needed basis throughout Bexar County, Texas. The services may include valuation of residential, commercial/industrial, and undeveloped land, as well as temporary and permanent easements, market and rental analyses, and miscellaneous valuations for partial or full property acquisitions. The city intends to select one or more qualified respondents for non-exclusive contracts under the terms of this RFQ.
