Description
Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) is seeking one or more qualified law firms to provide comprehensive, as‑needed legal services beginning in 2027, with up to four one‑year renewal options through 2031. The work covers a broad spectrum of legal matters typical for a regional public agency, including board support, litigation, contract review, grant compliance, employment law, real‑estate transactions, and other specialized areas. Firms must be licensed in Missouri, demonstrate experience with governmental entities, and meet extensive insurance and affidavit requirements. Submissions consist of a single PDF containing a letter of interest, firm overview, experience narrative, references, fee schedule, and acknowledgments of contract terms. The award is expected in December 2026, with service commencing in 2027.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel for board meetings, contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Must maintain professional liability (E&O) and general liability insurance meeting specified limits and carrier ratings.
• Submit a detailed fee schedule; GRG prefers hourly rates locked for at least two years.
