International Student Recruitment

Lamar University is seeking a qualified firm to provide international student recruitment services. The selected firm will be responsible for recruiting students from diverse geographic regions, promoting the university's educational services, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The firm will be paid a commission based on the net tuition paid by the recruited students. The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. The university is looking for a firm with experience in international student recruitment, a strong understanding of the university's programs and policies, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Some key requirements for the firm include: • Recruiting students for multiple academic units/departments available at the university • Maintaining and treating as confidential all student information collected • Marketing and promoting the university's educational services with due care and diligence • Complying with all reasonable and lawful instructions from the university • Keeping the university informed of marketing and promotional activities • Obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or approvals for marketing and promotion • Ensuring that all marketing and promotional materials are approved by the university before publication
