Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to perform an annual inspection of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) energy‑control procedures at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. The contractor will verify existing LOTO procedures and tags, identify inaccuracies or missing documentation, and develop new procedures and tags where needed, in compliance with OSHA 1910‑147. The effort includes a base year plus up to four optional extension years (total contract term not to exceed five years). Deliverables consist of a detailed inspection report and newly created, laminated LOTO procedure documents for approximately 672 pieces of equipment. The work must be performed by a team that includes at least one Certified Safety Professional with a minimum of ten years LOTO experience.
