Description
The Department of Human Services requires a contractor to provide mobile diagnostic imaging services to individuals at five facilities in Pennsylvania. The services include routine and STAT mobile x-rays, ultrasound studies, electrocardiography, Holter monitors, Echocardiography, pulmonary function studies, and mammograms. The selected contractor will be issued a contract for each facility location.
• The contractor must perform all diagnostic imaging services at a specified location on facility grounds.
• The contractor will be required to download and complete all required documents before creating a response.
• The contractor must register to receive any potential change notices and select the Create Response button to begin their response.
• The contractor must complete all applicable steps, including answering mandatory questions, adding notes and attachments, and entering line item prices.
• The contractor must review their response for accuracy before submitting.
