Description
The South Carolina Department of Public Health seeks a comprehensive Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software solution to replace its legacy Microsoft Project Online platform. The award will be a five‑year fixed‑price contract, with implementation, configuration, integration, training, and support services. The solution must operate within the State’s Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) tenant, integrate tightly with Microsoft Teams, Planner, Project Desktop, Power BI, and optionally Azure DevOps or Dynamics 365, and meet stringent State security and data‑protection requirements.
