Public Relations Service

The State of Arkansas is seeking a full-service advertising and marketing firm to provide public relations services for the Arkansas Soybean Promotion Board. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive public relations plan, managing social media, creating content, and providing event planning and management services. The contractor will also be required to attend board meetings, communicate with producers, and provide regular progress reports. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional years. • The contractor must have at least seven years of experience in agriculture commodity group related public relations service and/or marketing. • The contractor must be a full-service advertising and marketing firm physically located in Arkansas. • The contractor must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with board members, producers, consumers, and students in a professional manner. • The contractor must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • The contractor must have extensive knowledge and experience with industry's best practices in public relations services.
