Description
The Utica Community Schools is seeking proposals for the provision of a Special Education Evaluation Platform. The platform should be able to support the district's special education evaluation needs. Interested bidders can obtain bid documents from the district's online purchasing portal, and submissions must be made online through the portal. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and the contract will be awarded based on the best proposal, not necessarily the lowest bid.
• The proposal must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and the district's board of education or superintendent.
• The proposal must include a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance pursuant to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• The district reserves the right to request additional information from any proposer.
• The proposal must be submitted online through the portal by the due date and time.
