Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee is seeking a qualified temporary‑staffing agency to supply professional and maintenance personnel on an as‑needed basis. The vendor must handle work‑order receipt, candidate sourcing, comprehensive vetting (background, motor‑vehicle, drug/alcohol testing), and provide detailed references and billing rates. Insurance (Professional Liability & Workers’ Compensation) of $1 M each is required, and the contractor must comply with Section 3, EO 11246, and other federal, state, and local regulations. The contract runs for one year starting August 1 2021, with up to four one‑year extensions.
• Provide temporary professional and maintenance staffing per work orders.
• Perform full candidate vetting (background, vehicle, drug/alcohol).
• Submit invoices, insurance certificates, and required exhibits (A‑E).
