The North Andover Housing Authority invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Grading & Drainage Improvements at State Aided Development: Bingham Way and Fould's Terrace. The Project consists of but not limited to: Grading & Drainage Improvements at North Andover HA locations on Bingham Way & Foulds Terrace. The work is estimated to cost $150,000.00.
• The project includes grading and drainage improvements at two locations: Bingham Way and Fould's Terrace.
• The project is subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
• The project has a workforce participation benchmark of 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
