Description
The Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure is seeking a contractor to provide legal services, including litigation and judicial review. The contractor will be required to have experience as a hearing officer, civil or criminal trial attorney, and judicial clerkship. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with the option to renew for additional two-year terms. The contractor will be paid an hourly rate, not to exceed $125 per hour.
