Sanitation and Refuse Services, Cordova Alaska

The Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive trash and human waste removal services for their Annual Training in Cordova, Alaska. The scope of work includes delivering, maintaining, and removing sanitation equipment, as well as providing weekly sanitation services and refuse extraction. The contractor must ensure that all operations comply with Federal, State of Alaska, and local health and safety guidelines. • The contractor must deliver and set up four portable toilets, one handwashing station, and one 6-yard dumpster. • The contractor must provide weekly sanitation services, including pumping, cleaning, and restocking of portable toilets and the handwashing station. • The contractor must perform weekly refuse extraction for the 6-yard dumpster. • The contractor must ensure sanitation units do not exceed 75% capacity and handwash stations remain at least 25% stocked. • The contractor must remove all provided equipment from the site at the conclusion of the contract period and ensure the area is left clean, free of residual waste, and restored to its original condition.
